My office is in the heart of downtown Decatur on the square. It is located on the second floor of the Masonic Temple, across the street from the historic courthouse, and adjacent to Wild Oats and Billy Goats.
I am typically in the office on Tuesdays through Fridays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and I offer afternoon/evening sessions (4:00-6:00 PM) 2-3 days a week.

I have a master’s degree and a specialist’s degree in professional counseling, both from Georgia State University. My undergraduate degree is a BS in Psychology from the University of Georgia. I have training in EFCT (Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy) and mediation.
Most of my clients are adults between the ages of 20 and 70.
I offer discernment counseling for couples considering divorce and premarital counseling for engaged couples. I do not provide traditional couples counseling; however, I collaborate with individuals on relationship issues.

Attend the session with curiosity and an open mind. Between sessions, reflect on the topics we have discussed and be willing to be uncomfortable when necessary to facilitate change.
